Your use of our facilities constitutes your agreement to follow the Terms of Service outlined herein. If you do not agree to comply with these Terms of Service, please refrain from using our self-service laundromat facilities.

Terms Of Service

1. QuickSuds Pty Ltd (ABN 44 659 538 020) (hereafter "QuickSuds") provides unattended self-service laundromat facilities.  As such, patrons and visitors use the facility at their own risk.
   
2. QuickSuds shall not be liable for any loss of property or theft of property, in connection with the visitation of or use of QuickSuds' facilities
   
3. QuickSuds shall not be liable for any damage to property in connection with the visitation of or use of QuickSuds" facilities.  This includes but is not limited to fabric shrinkage, discolouring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage to items.
   
4. All visitors and patrons of QuickSuds' facilities accept full responsibility for their own safety, and the safety of persons in their care.  Care should be taken to avoid slipping on wet floors.  All visitors acknowledge that as a laundry facility, wet floors are an identified potential slipping hazard.
   
5. QuickSuds shall not be responsible for storing or returning items belonging to patrons that are left in machines after leaving the facilities. 
6. Examples of laundry items that should NOT be put through washers and dryers include but are not limited to:
1. Any items labelled "hand wash only", "hang/dry flat", "special care" or "dry clean only"
2. Clothing items that have linings inside of them (this includes dresses, gowns, skirts and pants)
3. Clothing that has beading or delicate embellishments
4. Any clothing items that appear fragile or delicate
5. Clothing that is highly stained or soiled
6. Heavy wool such as coats or suits
7. Clothing that has a blend of fabrics generally should be dry cleaned
8. Fur (send out to dry clean)
9. Leather (needs to be dry cleaned)
10. Suede (needs to be dry cleaned)
11. Pillows (Sometimes the feathers inside fall apart)
12. Silk generally requires to be hand washed
    
7. Patrons are advised to check and remove all valuables (such as jewellery or money) from their items before placing them in the washing or drying machines.  QuickSuds shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to such items.
   
8. Patrons are advised to check that the interior of washers and dryers are empty before use.  QuickSuds shall not be liable for any damage to property caused by items left in washers and dryers by previous patrons.
   
9. While QuickSuds strive to use the highest quality liquid detergents and fabric softeners, no guarantee is provided that stains will be removed.
   
10. Patron refunds are solely at the discretion of QuickSuds.  If a refund is deemed appropriate by Quicksuds, refunds are only provided as a credit coupon towards future use of the facilities. QuickSuds do not provide cash back refunds.
11. Items and laundry left unattended may be moved by QuickSuds or other patrons.
